Lab Testing & Quality

This page explains how independent testing documentation is intended to be presented on this site. It describes our process and structure — it does not claim that testing has already been completed for every product.

Some sections below use neutral placeholder language because final laboratory partnerships and internal quality-control procedures have not yet been documented. Nothing on this page should be read as an existing testing result, certification, or regulatory claim.

Framework

Our documentation framework

Four pillars structure how testing information will be presented once it is available.

Independent testing documentation

[PROCESS DESCRIPTION — outline the role of independent, third-party testing laboratories once partnerships are finalized.]

Batch identification

Every product batch is assigned a unique batch/lot number at production, which is printed on the product label and used to look up documentation.

COA verification

Certificates of Analysis are linked to their corresponding batch number in the COA Library so buyers can look up documentation before use.

Document transparency

[PROCESS DESCRIPTION — describe how customers can request or escalate a documentation question, once support workflows are finalized.]

Process

Our quality-control process

[PROCESS DESCRIPTION REQUIRED — replace this section with the business's actual internal QC procedure once defined. Do not publish specific testing methodology, purity thresholds, or pass/fail criteria until reviewed and confirmed accurate.]
